Jaleo at Disney Springs® is located in a one-of-a-kind retail, dining and entertainment district located in the heart of Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. This Jaleo is the biggest and most spectacular location yet, housed in a dynamic, multi-level space. The menu features an extensive variety of tapas reflecting the rich regional diversity of traditional and contemporary Spanish cuisine in addition to a variety of authentic paellas cooked over a wood fire in the restaurant.

A Taste of Spain On The Go
Right next door to Jaleo is Pepe by José Andrés, the first brick-and-mortar location of the chef’s wildly popular Spanish food truck, which has been a DC fixture for more than six years. Pepe offers a diverse menu of Spanish sandwiches, or bocatas, as well as gazpacho, salads, desserts, and sangria, marrying the desire for quick, easy, approachable comfort food with the very best flavors and quality ingredients that only a world-class chef could assemble.
